Jon Stanton
Chief Executive Officer
Jon joined the Board as Finance Director in 2010 where he helped shape the Group’s strategy and developed Weir’s finance, treasury, tax and information services capability.
Before joining Weir, he was a partner with Ernst & Young, one of the world’s largest professional services companies, where he led global board-level relationships with a number of FTSE-100 multi-national companies.
Jon is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Brian Puffer
Chief Financial Officer
Brian is an accomplished finance leader with a strong track record, and his extensive experience of business transformation will help the Group to execute on its strategy and deliver the benefits of Performance Excellence.
Brian joins Weir from BP plc where he held the role of Chief Financial and Risk Officer for BP Integrated Supply and Trading. Prior to that, Brian was Senior Vice President of BP's Global Business Services between 2012 and 2017, having joined BP in 2009 as Senior Vice President of Group Finance.
Brian spent 18 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, initially in various roles in the US and UK before being appointed as partner in 2002. Brian is both a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Accountant.

Kristen Walsh
President, Software Solutions
Kristen joined The Weir Group PLC in 2021 in the role of Managing Director, Minerals division, Asia Pacific. Her prior roles included Group General Manager for the Industrial Division of ALS Limited (ASX-100) and Chief Operating Officer of PearlStreet Limited (ASX-listed). Kristen has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Hons) Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master of Business Administration from Warwick Business School.
She is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AusIMM). Kristen serves as board director of Chief Executive Women (CEW).

Andrew Neilson
Division President, Minerals
Andrew joined Weir in 2010 as Head of Strategy then taking over responsibility for investor relations and corporate communications. He joined the Group Executive in 2014 as Director of Strategy and Corporate Affairs.
In 2017 Andrew moved to the United Sates to lead the Finance function of the Minerals division, before taking on the role of Chief Integration Officer to lead the integration of ESCO into Weir. Andrew then led the Europe, North Africa and Russia region for Minerals, before returning to the United States in July 2020 as President of the ESCO division.
Prior to Weir, Andrew held a variety of roles within banking, energy and professional services companies, including HSBC, HBOS, Scottish Power and KPMG. Andrew holds a Masters degree in engineering from the University of Strathclyde and is a qualified accountant.

Sean Fitzgerald
Division President, ESCO
Sean Fitzgerald joined Weir as President of the ESCO Division on 1 December 2022 from A.P. Moeller Maersk where he was Chief Executive Officer of Maersk Container Industry (MCI).
He started his career as an Officer in the US Army. After the Army, Sean joined Bain & Company followed by nearly ten years with General Electric (GE) as the GM of Onshore Wind Turbines. Sean left GE in 2011 to join Komatsu Mining Corporation (formerly Joy Global) as the Americas’ Regional Vice President for Underground Mining and later as President for the China Region before joining MCI in 2018.
Sean holds a BS in Civil Engineering, MA in Economics and MBA.

Ivan Zelina
CTO, Micromine
Ivan Zelina is a technology executive, technologist and a committed team player with over 30 years experience in developing and commercialising software solutions for mining and exploration. Over many years with Micromine, Ivan helped to build and lead the teams that built the company and its software products, each belonging among the global leaders in their domains.Ivan uses his leadership acumen, contacts, knowledge of mining, geology and software R&D to engage in strategic planning, product innovation, product management, development and delivery to market.Management of in-house, nearshore and offshore software development teams, management of software maintenance projects, management and commercialisation of R&D projects, R&D coordination with government, industry and academia, general management, business development, board engagements, engagements with investors, plus engagements with the executives and operators of leading exploration and mining companies, are some of the skills Ivan brings to the globally successful business Micromine is today.
